Margie Zawacki

Margie is the founder and leader of Here Comes The Judge. She's lived in the Sarasota area all of her life and she started serving process in 1984 while working full time as a Legal Assistant for Attorney Robert B. Bennett, Jr. After nine years of experience in the Legal Service industry, she resigned from her Legal Assistant position to start her career as a full-time Professional Process Server.

In March of 1990 Here Comes The Judge opened its doors in Sarasota and Manatee County area. In January of 1998, they started providing their clients with Statewide and Nationwide services. Today, Here Comes The Judge has been serving in the industry for over 30 years. 

Margie is a valuable member of the Florida Association for Professional Process Servers (FAPPS), a non-profit organization of professionals who are authorized to Serve Process under Florida laws. She started attending FAPPS meetings in the late 1990s and was elected to the board for the first time in 1999. She's served as a Treasurer, Director, and President. Her service to the industry has had a huge impact in the State of Florida. The FAPPS Formal Education program and Process Server Appointment Committee were two very important programs that have grown more organized and stronger under her watch.
